In our contract we bind ourselves to: uphold the rule of law, act with integrity and in good faith, not allow our independence to be compromised, act in the best interests of each client, and not behave in a way that is likely to diminish the trust the public places in the legal profession and the system of civil justice in England and Wales.
Publishing our success rates monthly and charging fixed fees means that our focus as a business is to get the best possible outcomes for clients as quickly as possible. We do not charge by the hour like solicitors do, as it incentivises solicitors to charge extra fees to correct their failures.
